Thermoforming tip: - Place your Shock Doctor mouthguard in boiling water for 90 seconds, without letting it touch the bottom. - Take it out, then dip it in cold water for 1 second to refresh the top layer of gel. - Insert your mouthguard in your mouth and clench your teeth for 20 seconds. - Immerse the mouthguard again in cold water for 30 seconds so that the gel hardens and retains the imprint of your teeth.
